   Ambleside's garden shop rotates with the seasons.  For the holidays, come visit

and discover a magical Christmas Shop.  On display are many gifts and ornaments, handcrafted by talented artisans in over thirty countries.  Many of these are one of a kind pieces--a refreshing change from the mass-produced items commonly find.

      Ambleside has long been known for its collection of nativities created in the native

traditions of the countries in which they are made--some large with many figures...some tiny with one piece in the shell of a nut.  Currently on display are nativities from

                            Armenia to Zimbabwe and of course, places in between.
